Erin Fitzpatrick,

Erin joined the Sigred Group from Pet Supplies Plus where she led the implementation of their Learning Management System and developed in-person and virtual training courses for all levels of the organization. She has six+ years of Human Resources Management and Training Development.
Erin understands all aspects of HR, Recruiting and Organizational Development. Prior to joining Sigred Solutions, she was an HR Administrator for an automotive supplier, focused on recruiting and a Benefits Coordinator for a national professional employer organization.
Erin is passionate about helping people find new and exciting ways to continue growing professionally. She enjoys bringing people together so that they can shine their brightest.

Shannon believes everyone has potential and everyone grows differently, the key is tapping into it. She actively shares her leadership and career development experience to aid professional development.

Lee joined the Sigred Group from Walsh College where he was a Professor of Management. Lee has over 40 years of experience in teaching and coaching at organizations across the country.
Lee had a detailed understanding of what makes organizations successful. In addition to his work with Walsh College and now Sigred Solutions, Lee is the President of the Board of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.
Lee is passionate about helping managers become leaders and believes that leadership is about giving a d@mn.
