Prior to joining Sigred Solutions, Cheryl was president of a national talent management firm as well as vice president, business administration for a global automotive engineering company. She is also the founder of Cheryl Czach Coaching and Consulting. Cheryl’s focus is on companies looking to grow their talent base through recruiting and leadership coaching.
